Send SMS whenever a New Post Published

  • Hi, I was hoping to be able to send SMS whenever a new post published to all users of our website. In the plugin’s notifications section I selected “New Post Published” but when I made a post nothing happened. So maybe that’s not how that works.

    Can you tell me how to accomplish this with your plugin? And if I need to purchase an “add-on” that’s fine. I just want to make sure I buy the correct add-on and that it will allow me to send an SMS whenever a new post published to all users of our website.

    Hi @jfitz369,
    The plugin has already the feature to send site activities ( new post,new comment,..).
    this feature works only with the admin number that’s set in the backend.
    First ,check out the logs, and see why you didn’t receive it.

    By the way, the number must be verified in twilio console dashboard, you must receive the sms, I just tested it and it worked properly.
    Anyway the logs tells everything.

    Now, about sending the site activities to all the users, there is no such feature YET.
    We might consider to create an integration to the BULK SMS addon.
