Send “Set password Link” with welcome mail

Hi guys,

is it possible to send a “create a password” link with the welcome mail? So far the welcome mail includes a {login_link} and I would like to send them directly to the page where they would set their password after wanting to reset their password (without the hurdle of sending them to the password reset page and have them go through the whole process).

Is that already possible? if so what would be the placeholder to use within the mails?
