Send seperate email to finance manager if invoice payment selected?

    Using the invoice payment method in our scenario will only work if the right person now gets prompted to set up the physical invoice.

    How about some sort of separate woo email that generates to the company finance manager which tells them the PO number and customer details and that they need to now generate an ibvoiuce

    ALSO, it would be hand if the customer gets a different message or some text on the order email and thank you screen if this payment method is chosen with instructions.

    To expand on this. There is already a “Customer invoice / Order details” email as part of WOO but it has to be sent manually.. I wonder if you can trigger that email automatically if someone chooses to pay with your invoice payment method which seems the most sensible thing !!

    Unfortunately, we don’t have these features yet for our WooCommerce Invoice Gateway plugin. But this seems like a great feature that we could implement in the future.

    I’m raising these to our developers for possible implementation. We’ll be in touch once we’ve released these features to our plugin.

    How can we trigger the native “customer invoice” email to be sent when someone “pays” using your invoice gateway?

    I refer to the woocomerce email that’s is marked as manually sent to customer as seen here: https://i.snipboard.io/pT5jeI.jpg
