    I try to send a password reset link to a user but it not working. I need help please.

    Can you please share with us what happens on your end when you click the link above? Are there any error messages shown afterwards?

    Meanwhile, can you please try to clear your browser’s cache or try another browser or in incognito mode and see if that works?
