Send reply multiple time on page reload

    Hi there.

    The response shouldn’t be reset after the page has been reloaded. Does this occur on the front-end or the admin side of your site?

    What versions of our plugin are you currently using?

    Hi, it happens on front-end, in the [sola_st_submit_ticket] page.
    Wordpres 4.2.2 – clean install, no other plugins)
    Sola Support Tickets 3.14

    Hi there.

    This occurs as you refresh the page as you are re-sending the post data (by confirming this when the popup appears after refresh).

    We will work on an alternative solution to prevent this from happening.
