Send reminder button is not showing

    Hi, this plugin is one of the best I have ever tried. Very stable.

    I am facing an issue because the option “Enable manual sending of follow-up emails with a reminder to submit a review. Manual reminders can be sent for completed orders from Orders page after enabling this option.” is enable.

    But I can not see the icon to ask for the review in the order pages, it used to work, not sure if I lost it when I updated Woocommerce to 3.3.3 as the order page layout changed.
