Send previous fields in last step

Hi, first of all, thanks for this great plugin! It’s really helpful.
I’m trying to make a 3 steps registration form. I have coded the first and second steps just fine, with the correct redirection to next step.
At third step, I get the previous fields right (Name and email), but when I send those fields in email body, it’s showing the tag “[form your-name]” instead of information field.

What i’m doing wrong?
