Send Preview sends Last, not next

I have automatic to go out weekly, but I need to see what exactly is going out. When I click send preview after changing some intro text what I get is what I sent last week, not what is meant to be sent — say the two most recent posts. So, I am unable to do a visual check of what will actually go out.

Any way to do this? Very important to me
