Send preview not working

  • I modified an email template and wanted to see what it looked like however clicking “send email preview” resulted in nothing happening. I even checked my email logs for outgoing emails on the site and it doesn’t show it being sent. So really I have no way to preview the modified template at this time. Please advise.

    Did Send Preview work before you editing the template?

    Try reverting your changes to the template and see if you can restore it to working. If you can then I suspect some sort of error in what you’ve entered in the template.
