  • Go to your MailPoet’s Settings page > Advanced tab > Geeky options and enable MailPoet Debug mode in the latest option.

    Go back to your newsletter editor and try to send a preview again, it should show the exact error message.

    Unfortunately, it didn’t produce any error messages.

    The box just sat there.

    Let me know if you need access to my site to poke around a bit…

    Make sure to update to the latest release 2.6.17 and see if it fix this issue.
