Send post confirmation email to

    Is there any way to send post confirmation to only one admin and not all admins?
    I have some admins that will have anything to do with what Postie is set up for and do not want them to receive all these emails. I would like like to send the confirmations to the sender as well.

    I was able to duplicate the admin role and apply the new role to the admins I don’t want to get. That seemed to do the trick! But I have another question. After I send an email I have the post set to “Draft” but within a couple of minutes I get this email and the post is still in “Draft” mode.

    To the first questing I realize you have solved it for yourself, but for others I would refer you to https://postieplugin.com/filter-postie_email_notify_recipients/

    Postie doesn’t currently look at the status of the post when it sends out the message.

    I’ve made a change for the next version of Postie to have a more accurate message.

    I know this is closed but wanted to follow up. I just updated and see that you have changed the email- great! I am getting the email twice. Is this a setting I can turn off!

    Take a look at the “Send post confirmation email to” setting.
