Send picture without being featured?

Hi!
I am creating a bot command to send last post of my blog, and I’d like to send the picture and title. I made it with shortcodes showing latest posts filtered.
I have tried a lot of things to send the picture but I can’t achieve that. Is that possible? I can’t set (in a static way) the picture as featured image because the command output is dynamic, not always the same content.

I ask if it possible in any way, with other plugins (tried to set dinamically the featured image, but failed), whatever.
