Send Password in Mail

    Hi!

    I`ve installed the plugin on my wordpress site and I have customized the activation mail. To send their login details I use %%username%% and %%password%. The tag for username works, but the tag for password doesn’t. It only shows %%password%% in the activation mail.

    I use the version 2.3.6 of Simplr Registration Form Plus+

    Any ideas?

  • Hi, the moderation email that is being sent upon registration can have the password, because it is made then.

    When activating, the password was already hashed and stored in the database. So it is not possible to send the password when activating.

    I have the same problem. I’ve adden the code %%password%% to the moderation Email but without any effect.

    I’ve added the %%password_url%% to see if that works but nothing either.

    Then I’ve added the field that the user can create its won password but on registration still no password or url to set it in the moderation mail.

    I prefer not to use the option that the user can set their own password, I prefer that this goes automatic. Just to have a smaller form to registrate.

    I would Also like to have only one email field, itstead of the 2 I have right now. Can I change this?
