• The way this is set up, the carbon copy sent out to the person that filled out the form is exactly the same that is sent out to the site-owner (obviously, as it is a carbon copy…).

However, this looks a bit weird for the person filling out the form, because the e-mail isn’t really addressed to them. Instead it is addressed to the site owner, saying “you are being contacted via…”.

Is there any chance you could include an option to send out two different e-mails, one going to the site owner, one going to the person that filled out the form?

The one going to the person that filled out the form should probably say something like: “I have received the following message from you”…or something in that general area…

    Hi @avobelle

Sure, added to the to do list.

Different email subject and the first line of the email content, correct? The rest stays the same.

Kind of. The e-mail has two lines that address the site owner:

    Hello [site owner],

You are being contacted via [site]:

And the Message: could probably be removed as well.

But yes, the rest stays the same ??

    I would imagine something like

    Hello [Name],

I have recived the following message from you:

[the existing "block" with name, e-mail, subject, date]

[message that was entered in textarea]
