I’m afraid the plugin only syncs to the merge fields Email Address, First Name, Last Name presently. That being said, I will definitely pass this feedback along to our team, as customized field mapping is a piece of feedback we’ve heard often from users.
Additionally, I did a quick search on MailChimp’s Knowledge Base, and found an article that may be helpful in the meantime. Since the plugin does sync e-commerce purchase data, it can be used in segmenting. It’s just not explicitly available in merge fields. You can read more about that here:
