Send only the attachment name/link not the file itself

I use CF7 together with Contact Form Entries (plugin that saves form entries to the database) on a site collecting large attachments (a photography contest). Suddenly the contest changed and submissions grew in size, large enough that I can’t send them as attachments any more.

While this is not a huge problem, as I keep the full entries in the database/websites and can send only a submission notification with general data, it would be more usable if the notification would contain the attachment *name* (only the name, not the file) or, even better, a link to the attachment on the website.

Is it possible to do something like that?
