I have a website that sell one main product, and after buying on checkout page, we also sell new products using upsell and downsell pages.

When customer for example buys main product and upsell, he will receive two email of confirmation that he bought these 2 products. Is there any way to put all of that in one confirmation email? So even tough customer bought 2-3 products that only one confirmation email is sent with the data for all of those products?

  • Hi @tarikbisevac

I understand that you want to customize email sending to your customers who purchase multiple orders on your site.

Please be informed that orders that are properly updated to Processing should generate an email, hence, for one (1) successful order, there should be one (1) Order Confirmation Email.

What you want to achieve and would require customization to do it. Since custom coding is outside our scope of support, I am leaving this thread open for a bit to see if anyone can chime in to help you out.

We have our developer resources portal that can help you get going, so I would recommend you to check it further from here: https://developer.woocommerce.com/

You can also visit the WooCommerce Community Forum, the WooCommerce FB group, or the #developers channel of our Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, too.

Another option is to check our customizations page to hire an expert that can create a custom solution for you: https://woocommerce.com/experts/

    Thank you for your answer!

I am using CartFlows for my sales, I just found that it has and option for what I need. I have found it underK: Settings – Miscellaneous Settings – Add to main order
(This option will merge all accepted upsell/downsell offers into main order.)

So for me, using already CartFlows, this is solved.

Again thank you for your answer.
