    I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you are having with this.

    1. Are you sure the emails aren’t in spam?
    2. Are other WordPress emails working? For example, if you add a new user, do you get the new user email?

    Hi Will, you hit the nail on the head. the site did not support outgoing email from wordpress in its DEMO configuration.

    Now that I have moved it to a complete hosting site and tested everything, is there a way to reset or delete the tests surveys I created??
