Send notification to user accounts created via admin

  • Hello folks,

    Is there a way to tell newly created users via the admin panel that their account is now active ? We can create accounts but the users do not get any mail with their login info.

    I guess it has to do with wp_new_user_notification() ?

    Any help would be appreciated,
