Send Notification to conditional emails?

I see the to option on the notification email is set to an admin variable.
I would like to create 1 form and put it on 30 different pages. When a user completes the form it will be sent to one of 30 different people based on the page they were on.
It would seem if I created a hidden variable on the page, I could set that variable to the specific groups email. Could I then use that variable for the “To” notification?I don’t want to have to create 30 identical forms and then have to modify all 30 if there is a change. It would be a type of conditional field.

If the custom code you are using can update the hidden field (such as by using jQuery), then you could map that hidden field within the “TO” address.

https://developer.ninjaforms.com/codex/changing-field-values/Alternatively, if your pages contained a querystring, you could have your Ninja Form pull that value out of the URL. Within your form, you would then add an Email Action for each page/email group and set the conditional logic to only process an email based on what the value of the hidden field is.
