Send Notification for Desktop and App Ionic

To open the URL in the app and not the browser, please see this section: https://documentation.onesignal.com/docs/wordpress#section-opening-web-and-mobile-notifications-in-the-browser-and-app. The long code block on that page must be modified, since it will send to both the browser and app. To only send to your app, you can use something like:
