send new subscriber to a group

    Hello. Love the plugin.

    I have several groups in my mailchimp account and I would like that the new subscribers were automatically added to a specific group. Just to make sure I was clear: I don’t want them to select the group, I would like them to be automatically on a group that I created to the website subscribers. Is that possible?

    Hi Sal6ado,

    The only way to achieve this is through the use of some custom jQuery. There is no easy way to automatically assign users to a specific group dynamically.

    What reg the WP Groups plugin and Groups for WooCommerce? I see they have in WC some solutions that indeed add users to groups – which would actually be for product/membership, like a course they buy can be a group and thus limit access to WP pages that deliver the goods [course materials, videos etc]. so Selling a course that has a group level assigned it would work with WC to assign customers to that group and give them access to the sections of site for that group.

    would it be possible to use your plugin in conjunction with WC?
