Send mail with attachment to submitter

Hey!
Does anyone have any ideas how I could send mail with pdf file as an attachment to a guy who wants to have a pdf sample of a book? So after a guy writes his/her email address and clicks “submit” , he or she should receive an email with pdf attachment?
Any ideas?
