Send mail to user/subscriber difficulty

When I try to send mail to user(s), I can only select ones in a specific parameter. (ABC, 0-9 etc,) When I hit ALL I get one user out of my 5 somewhat subscribers. If you need more details, please contact me. My site is thelonetree.org. Thanks!
