Send Mail to Emails in External Database

    Hello! ( I wish there was an easy way to search a plugin forum…as I suspect this has been answered already…)

    What are my options to send a contact form message to all emails in an external database? Sort of like a mailing list, without using MailMan (which limits to 100 emails) or other external mailing list.

    The email database is not registered users, but a separate MySQL database on the site host.
