Send mail even when required fields are not provided

Heya,

I have only three fields which are all required fields, “name:” “email:” and “phone number:” and of course a send button. What I want to have happen is that even if they don’t fill in all the required fields, it still sends me the information that they actually have provided. Then I want the form to ‘refresh’, displaying the error message because not all fields were filled in to give them the impression that it hasn’t send the message, triggering them to still fill in the other fields.
