    Hi,
    i’m using woo commerce with WooCommerce PDF Invoices plugin.
    When I ‘complete’ an order I would like to send the invoice, but when I click on Order actions > email order/invoice detail to customer, the customer receives an email with the order (with order number and not the invoice number). I would like to find the way to send the PDF invoice to customer using Woocommerce tools. How can I get that?

    basicly this should be set up in the settings of the PDF Invoices plugin.
    If you want to change the Email you need to customize the template
    customer-completed-order.php

    The upload it to the following directory of your server
    yourchildtheme/woocommerce/emails/customer-completed-order.php

    @supergap Is this the PDF Invoices plugin that you are using?

    If so, the order confirmation email that the customer receives should contain a link for them to download their PDF invoice.

    If this is not how it is working, I’d recommend reaching out to the team for support. Your active license for that plugin gives you access to support from the development team directly. You can access it by going to WooCommerce.com > Support > Help with my purchased products.
