send input field data (no form tag)

    Hello! I am generating a packing slip on my website. For layout purposes, I am not using a form, rather a series of input type=text fields. Is it possible to send the input data to the PDF/Print page I generate using your plugin?
    Also, there is no formatting that caries over to the generated content. It is just stacked field titles. Can I carry over column and row layouts??
