    I have been having trouble with some send event features; the action type “x time after purchase” has not been sending out any emails, but when using the “after purchase” action type” an email was sent out.

    Hi Adam,

    Could you please send a screenshot from the “Options->Send Events” area of the exact setup you have for one of the events that isn’t working, so I can test the same setup?

    One other thing is are you using WooCommerce? If so, what is the payment method? If you have it set up where people don’t pay right away, and the status of the order is not being set to complete, that could be affecting the send event.
