Send emails to everyone within a certain role

    I am creating a Request-A-Santa feature for a local Santa group. Part of it involves sending emails to everyone within a certain role when a request has been made. (In this case, I am using the WP Job Manager to handle this function.)

    Can this be done? If so, how?

  • I believe you can do this (and a lot more) with the WP Job Manager Emails add-on.

    Yes, I found out that I can with that plugin. The plugin’s author had the wrong shortcode on their description page. In a ticket we figured that out together, now it is working. FYI, the shortcode is: [user_emails roles=”INSERT ROLE TYPE”]
