Send Email Yes- No

  • I have a drop down where you can select yes or No. I want to send an email only when they select Yes.
    ( i.e. when they say no: no email is sent)
    The reason is that the form has a variety of information, and some sections need an email sent to the supervisor to advise them of the “unusual circumstance”

    The Drop-down title might be Inform Supervisor?

    I am surprised that no-one has any thoughts on how to selectively send an email.

    To me, it seems simple. Surely not all forms require all forms to be emailed!

    To repeat, I want a drop down where the user effectively chooses if the email an email is sent or not.
