Send email when status changed on front-end

  • Hi, I notice you mentioned in another thread that this isn’t currently a feature and you’d consider it for a future update. Any chance that will happen soon? If not, could you give me tips on how to implement it?

    Hi kid,

    We couldn’t say when it might get implemented.

    As for implementing it yourself, you’d have to add code to the function that allows the front-end status change to send an email to the email address associated with the specific order. As we haven’t been able to take a look at or test this yet, we wouldn’t be able to offer any further guidance at the moment.
