Send email to user via user list admin page

Hi all,

How would I go about adding an action button to the users list admin page for each user?

Upon clicking this button a dialog would popup that says email sent!

This email would contain the posts where posts type = ‘product’
as links so the user could view there posts.

I understand how to add custom columns with user data but nothing along the lines of the wp mail function along with including the users posts within.

Any help would be great appreciated!
