Send Email to CC account owner upon submission?

When someone submits the form, it nicely sends the “Welcome” Email to the form submitter person. However, it doesn’t seem to be alerting through email the owner of the Constant Contact account that a submission has occurred. Does it have this functionality, or am I missing anything?
