    Hello, how do I activate the sending of sub-order emails for the client? since I read that by default Dokan sends only the email of the main order.

    Hi @oraculocreativo

    When a customer includes multiple products from multiple stores in an order, only one order email is sent to the customer addressing all the orders from the vendors. This is because the only thing customer need to know is they have made an order. The customers do not tend to take the hassle to track all the sub-orders. They only care about their parent order.

    But every vendor associated with that order gets his/her own share of the order’s email. Would you mind clarifying what did you mean exactly using the term “client”?
