Send email sharing from social network bar not sending any email

    Hello,

    I set up a blog using blog design on my wordpress site and it works good, except that the “send email” social sharing bar button has no effect on my side.

    Scenario:
    1. reach the webpage
    2. click on the share icon for any article posted
    3. click on the extreme right button (share by email)
    4. fill the informations (emails, name)
    5. click send button
    6. it is not having any effect on my side (nothing received even on spams)

    Additionnal information:
    1. I use also “WP mail SMTP” plugin due to limitations when combining gmail and wordpress
    2. I have no issue with email notifications coming from wp forms

    Did anyone find this issue before or know how to solve it? I am not so experimented, this is my first wordpress website.

    Hi @silverwave,

    I have checked with your website https://www.silverwave.space/articles/. It seems that you are using pro version of plugin.

    The email should work from blog designer pro plugin.

    Thank you, you are right I am going to contact the support directly there right now.
    I was not sure that it was the official support website due to website name (Solwin).
