Send Email Link not working

    Hi,

    We really like your plugin and are in the testing phase to see if it will be suitable for our business, but we can’t get the ‘Send Email’ link on the project page to work.

    Emails get sent (and recieved) from the creating of a new client and the test email when setting up SMTP, but the link on the project page won’t work. It does nothing when clicked on. ??

    Perhaps there is a conflict with the JQuery scripting and something else installed. :-S Are there any known plugin conflicts that may be causing the ‘Send Email’ not to work.

    Oh, I should clarify that when I click on the ‘Send Email’ link nothing happens. It doesnt change to say anything different or indicate taht the email was being sent at all.

    Thanks for contacting us. Can you please email us at support @ slickremix.com so we can help you further. One thing you could try is deactivating all other plugins but ours and see if the problem still persists, if not then activate them one by one until you see the error again.

    Thank you. We are actually going to try a fresh wordpress install and installing it on there instead as we have too many plugins currently being used on the primary part of the wordpress that is running a blog which is active.

    One other thing to try before you do that is to check your php.ini file and see if sendmail is enabled. If you’re not sure where this file is you can probably get some assistance from your host.

    Yes, all sorted. Thank you. There was a conflict in the theme (or a plugin) we were using. We stripped it back to a clean install and then slowly added the theme and each plugin one by one.
