Yes i know but — i can only select 1 email. which means that all the other woocomerce email will be play after the Mail mint email. Which is not good because let say to avoid beeing marked as spammy you set a rate to 1 email every 60sec, then if a custome place an order – his email will be received after all these mail mint marketting emails. do you visualize what i mean ?

@chrishd06 , Mail Mint prepares emails in batches for sending. One batch has 20-25 emails by default. And soon there’ll be an option in Mail Mint Settings to increase this batch limit.

Coming back to the email sending limit per hour or day, these are configured in the SMTP you are using.

Now we understand your concern regarding the Mail Mint promotional emails & WooCommerce default emails.

Mail Mint uses WP cron for sending emails. It doesn’t have any specific time limit.

Let me explain the scenario with more details.

– At first, WP cron stores 500 emails per batch.
– Then Mail Mint sends 20-25 emails per batch from the 500 emails that WP cron has saved in the database.

Here, no matter how frequently WP cron runs, Mail Mint will finish sending batch1 of 20 emails, then it will send batch2 of 20 emails, that’s how it will go on.

While Mail Mint finishes sending 500 emails, WP cron stores another batch of 500 emails.

so just to clarify — i have 1000 mails- it will send 25 by 25.

now, if a client buys someting on the website, will he receive the confirmation order, or it will be queue behind all these 1000 emails ?

WP cron handles actions for multiple plugins. So your clients will receive the order confirmation email right after they purchase something. It won’t be in any queue because of Mail Mint.

is there a specific procedure to be able to send the email every 20 minute as you mentioned earlier because I have tried with 50 emails and it has sent the 50 altogether. Thank you so much.

Currently, there’s no way to pause the email sending for 20 minutes to a group of contacts.

In automation, you can set delays before sending each email and reach your users after every 20 minutes.

i am so sorry i misstyped – I mean send email by batch of 25, because i have done a teste with 200emails and it sends all of them together.
Is there a specific setting i am missing?

The batch handling is for Mail Mint backend calculation. Your emails will be sent immediately or as soon as possible depending on the sending limit of your email service provider.

For example if cron is called every one minute, it will send out 20-25 emails per minute ?

When I sent the campaign test – it actually sent out the 200 emails in one go. isn’t supposed to send 20-25 emails at a time, every time cron i called ?

Hi @chrishd06 , Mail Mint sends 20-25 emails per batch to SMTP and it is stored there until your SMTP sends all the emails.

Suppose, Mail Mint has sent total 1000 emails to be sent and all of them are waiting for the SMTP to perform its task. Now if your SMTP is configured to send 200 emails per minute, then it will send all 200 emails at once.
