Send Email Address Not Updating

    I changed the email address that the password reset emails come from but the emails still come from a different email address, presumably the first one I saved when using the plugin. Any ideas?

    Yes, as mentioned “I changed the email address that the password reset emails come from” … there is only one place where you can do that as far as I can see, and that’s where your snippet shows.

    I just checked again, the settings input field shows one email address and the email I receive if I try resetting a user password comes from another (presumably one I previously used)

    I’m on latest WP 6.4.3, and the latest plugin version 1.2.2, running on localhost with PHP 8.2.0 and NGINX.

    Not sure if honest – that is strange

    Do you have an SMTP plugin on the site to send emails?

    Ah, yes, I do. I use the Elastic Email service and they have a plugin to allow all emails from the site to be sent with their service instead of standard WordPress emails off the site. The email address that the password reset emails are coming from is the one I specified in that plugin.

    Yes, as they take over the default WP mail send, it would need to be changed there
