Send Email Action Stops working

    I added an action to a form that allows a site admin to send an invitation email to a third party email. The “To” address of this form is the email entered into the form by the admin. The form works for a while but the action gets switched “off” after a while. I try to turn the form “Send Email” action back on using the toggle switch and then hit “Update”. The toggle switches back to “Off” after the page refreshes. Has anyone else experienced this?

    Often this type of issue is due to caching, so firstly could you disable any cache/optimization/minify type plugins, and also any external CDN services like Cloudflare, and test to see if that resolves your issue?

    If that doesn’t help, it would be helpful to test to see if anything on your site is interfering with Formidable and causing the issue.

    If the issue doesn’t show up under these circumstances, you can add each item back in, one at a time, and test after adding each one until you find the culprit.
