Are you using our WooCommerce Bookings plugin?

If so, you can use our Follow Ups plugin to send specific emails about your Bookable product to the customers who have booked.

10 weeks before departure do people still have to make a final payment?

This depends entirely on how you have set up the product/ payment. Are you using Deposits?

With WooCommerce Deposits, your customers can put down a deposit or use a payment plan for products you specify.

No I don’t use WooCommerce Bookings that is too expensive at the moment and certainly in a test phase.
Deposit is the same story.

Thought it was an open source woocommerce but as I notice you still have to have money to get it working, unfortunately.
I just go now for Drupal.

WooCommerce core is open source, and free to use, however, many users of WooCommerce find that they need additional features and choose to create customizations on their site via plugins, hiring developers, and or learning code themselves.

There are many other plugins that are free to use listed on www.remarpro.com, but we try to recommend only those that we can provide support for.
