Send e-mail notification to the user when a user deletes themselves

    Hi,

    Is there a way to send an email notification to the user when a user deletes themselves?

    This is so that the user is notified in case for some reason they are not the person who deleted the account. It also serves to invite the user to subscribe again by offering them an attractive promotion.
