Send e-mail hangs

    Booking and confirming a booking works fine, but when I use the ‘Send mail’ function to send an e-mail to a client, the e-mail is sent all-right, but the Send mail popup window hangs, with no indication that an e-mail was sent.

    Hi LeSi,

    That definitely shouldn’t be the case. I’ve run tests on a couple different test sites and it’s working perfectly with the current version of the plugin. That probably means that you have some kind of conflict or JavaScript error in your admin.

    The first thing to check would be the developer console in your browser (see here for how to find that: https://balsamiq.com/support/faqs/browserconsole/). Are there any errors that show when you try to send the email? If so, please let us know what they are.

    If not, then you might need to try deactivating your other plugins to see which might be causing a conflict.

    I’ll look into it, but I can tell you upfront that it happens in every browser on my PC and also on the iPhone my customer uses.
