‘send’ doesn’t send (anymore) – endless spinner

hi

I’ve tried a basic form, when I click ‘send’ button I get an endless spinner and no mail is sent. No error msg, page/form does nothing,just the spinner.

Tried a couple other forms plugins as well as test email plugin and all is fine

any clue?
