send different notification notices depending on the payment method?

  • Hi Joe,

    So far I used your great plugin with only Paypal as payment method and printable tickets as ticket type activated. After a succesful ipn confirmation the customer gets the notification notice with a link to his printable ticket and that he has paid it. Perfect.
    When I activate offline payment at the same time, the customer is getting the same notification notice after his purchase with a link to his printable ticket, as well as the notification, that he still has to pay his ticket. In order to let him know how to pay his tickets, I have to put the information where to send the money, and so on in the notification notice.
    Information which someone who has paid allready doesn’t need to know.
    Is there any way to send different notification notices depending on the payment method?

    I think what I should probably do is add a template tag for payment details and add a field with payment gateways to fill in that field. That way, you can include gateway-specific information in the purchase notification.
