Send custom fields from CF7 to Mailchimp

    Hello,

    I have created a custom field in MailChimp, the custom field is “COMPANY”

    On the website, I have a CF7 form and I’m using mc4wp-COMPANY field name to send the company name to MC contact, as described here: https://www.mc4wp.com/kb/send-cf7-fields-mailchimp/

    The log says “successfully subscribed… ” no errors about company field.

    Does this plugin send custom fields to MC?

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Yes, our plugin does send the custom field to Mailchimp. Can you please go to the “MC4WP > Others” menu in your WordPress admin and let us know if you see any error messages in the log? If yes, please share with us.

    Hi @hchouhan,

    Thanks for your answer. I think I know what was happening. I was subscribing and archiving myself in MC, and by doing that, the contact was already present in MC. The company field was not updating, even though I have the “Update existing subscribers option set to true on the CF7 integration page.

    I did another test with a different email address and the company field was sent over to MC with no problems.
