    Hi

    I’m looking to create a different email for every product. After a customer completes purchasing a product, a unique email will be sent to the customer’s inbox.

    Like,
    Email 1 for Product 1
    Email 2 for product 2

    Hey @theinmarma. Yes, this is possible using Automations.

    * On the Creative Mail left nav, go to Automations
    * Select After Purchase Follow Up and click start
    * Click on “The customer buys the following product(s):”
    * Select your target product
    * Customize your email using Creative Mail or plain text emails
