Send copy of certificate to alternate email address

Hello, this is a pre-purchase question:

We have a scenario when after completion of the final exam, and at the conclusion of the course, the learner will receive a course completion certificate. We have a requirement where a copy of the certificate should also be sent to an alternate email address.

Further, the certificate should include certain key information including some custom details that will be received from the student at the time of registration.

Is this possible?
