Send confirmation to user is not working

    Im using your form on both my sites and I am having problems with the user receiving a confirmation on all my forms. I have about 7 forms. Im leaving the url to both sites and the backend login and passwords.

    Hello @daaiyah06,

    I trust you’re doing well!

    Please change your site’s passwords as fast as you can.

    I’ve tested a form on my end and an email was sent to a user.

    WordPress by deafulr sending emails with PHP mailer and it can fail sometimes. Please set up an SMTP plugin to make sure that emails will be sent.

    Thanks for notifying me regarding my password and username. Can someone please tell me why the paypal and stripe payment on my site isnt budging at all. When hitting the Paypal button it doesn’t respond at all or sends to the Paypal portal. I am still having issues as presented before. Can someone please help?

    As this is another issue than the original one posted here, please do create a separate topic about it.

    As for the email delivery part, did you try to use a SMTP plugin like Nastia proposed above? Please advise!
