send – Confirmation message – Gravity Forms

    Hello Damian,
    Very nice plugin and finally works with my theme.
    I use it on button link “REPORT” with the”GRAVITY FORM” plugin.
    For button link, among all discussed here possibilities only ” #spu-2630″ worked for me. For Gravity form you adviced not to forget AJAX – for me in both cases worked well. I use load after 99999sec and cookie set to 0days.
    ISSUE: Gravity Form confirmation message. With Gravity forms we may have 2 types of confirmation messages: on same page or link to another “thank you” page. The objective of the popup is that a user stays on same page. So when GF is configured to stay on same page with confirmation message like “sent !” just above the form – after sending the form in popup, it closes and opens 404 error page.
    This confirmation message appearing on any form is planned in the plugin and doesn’t work only in my case, OR that is planned to function in PRO version ? Is it previewed in general in the plugin ?

    Check that your gravity form is properly configure, the form have ajax enabled and the confirmation message is set.
    It should display it before closing the popup.
    Share your url so I can take a look also

    Hello, Thank you for the answer,
    the site is on maintenance mode yet.

    I enabled ajax for GF.all is correct, but with confirmation message on the same page, I am still sent to 404 error page. BTW since I added popup form, all my Revolution Sliders stopped appearing (I have red for another popup plugin having issues with ajax of Rev Slider and they are uncompatible to work together) Have any issue may come from Rev Slider, do you have some advice to follow in this case ? Thank you,

    I don’t remember having any issue with rev slider. What errors do you get in the browser console? Can you paste them?

    Hello,
    I reinstalled Revolution slider, added popups on pages with GF with AJAX enabled, and in popup settings I put “Close on conversion” – NO.
    All works perfectly now, (with AJAX disabled GF works, but confirmation messages don’t)
